The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast served at a nearby hotel was top-notch, providing a delicious start to each day. Great breakfast and cleanliness. the location was really good, close to restaurants and shops in the city center. that, we were able to enjoy the fireworks from the rooftop terrace, which was a great bonus.
The staff was quite rude and unhelpful when we asked them for directions around town. the noise from the street outside was unbearable, making it really difficult to sleep at night even with earplugs.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage up to our room. The bathroom in our room was quite tight, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
